Welcome to EveryWare's Test Drive. Within this Test Drive we have provided you with a full version of Tango™ (Time Limited) that works with Butler SQL™, EveryWare's relational database for the Macintosh, and any ODBC (Open Database Connectivity) compliant datasource, such as Oracle, Sybase, Informix, FoxPro and others running on any platform.
For those of you without a database we have provided you with a 100 record limited version of Butler SQL.
Please Install Butler SQL Test Drive first and then install Tango Test Drive. You now have the best Web development tool on any platform, we guarantee it.
We have provided all documentation and tutorials online. You do not have to follow the "Getting Started Guide" in order to see some cool Tango demos, just follow the following instructions:
1. Install both Tango Test Drive and Butler SQL Test Drive on your WebSTAR machine. The installer will ask you to overwrite the 'ButlerHosts Data' file and the 'DAL Preferences' file if they exist on your machine. If you do not overwrite your current settings then you will have to setup a host named 'Butler SQL' pointing to your Butler SQL server in order to view the demos.
2. Move the 'Tango' folder to the same folder as the WebSTAR application.
3. Launch your Web browser, WebSTAR, Tango.acgi, and Butler SQL.
4. In your browser, enter in the following:
http://<your Web server address>/tango/
5. You are now ready to view demos developed using Tango.
